How do you read with the Tamil translation?

Is a translation the same as the Qur'an?
No. The Qur'an is the Arabic words that Allah revealed to the Prophet ﷺ. Any translation, however careful, is a human effort to carry their meaning into another language. Read it alongside the Arabic, and if you cannot read the Arabic yet, it is never too late to learn.
