Beyond Ramadan, the Prophet ﷺ kept voluntary fasts through the year. Page one explains each Sunnah fast with its hadith: Mondays and Thursdays, the three white days of each month, the Day of Arafah, Ashura, six days of Shawwal and the first days of Dhul-Hijjah, plus the days when fasting is not allowed. Page two is a full Islamic year with the special days marked, and page three tracks your Mondays and Thursdays for 52 weeks.

Days not to fast

Fasting is not allowed on Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha and the three days after Eid al-Adha (11 to 13 Dhul-Hijjah). These are marked in red on the year grid.
