A prayer tracker helps you see your month at a glance: which prayers felt easy, which ones slipped, and where you are improving.

This tracker gives each day of the month a row and each prayer a column. It also has a simple way to mark the days when you are excused from prayer, so those days are not counted as missed and the month shows a true picture.

It fits on one page and can be printed fresh at the start of every month.

How to use it well

  1. 1
    Write the month

Fill in the month at the top when you print it.

  2. 2
    Tick each prayer

Tick Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha as you pray them.

  3. 3
    Mark excused days

Use the excused-day mark on those days, so they are not counted as missed.

  4. 4
    Look back weekly

Once a week, see which prayer is hardest and set one small goal.

How to use it

Print one tracker a month on A4 or US Letter paper and keep it on your prayer mat, in your journal or on the fridge.

Tick each prayer straight after praying it, so the tracker stays accurate.
