Qur'an & Dhikr Journal for Sisters
Track your daily Qur'an pages and adhkar, note one blessing a day, and look back at the end of each month.
Updated 25 October 2026
Consistency with the Qur'an rarely comes from big plans. It comes from small acts done every day, and a simple written record makes those small acts easier to keep.
This journal gives each day of the month one row: the pages you read, a tick for your morning adhkar, evening adhkar, istighfar and salawat, and a line for one thing you are grateful for.
On the last day of the month, the reflection page helps you see how far you came, write down an ayah that touched your heart, and set a gentle goal for the month ahead.

Small and steady
The Prophet ﷺ said that the deeds most beloved to Allah are those done consistently, even if they are small (Bukhari 6464, Muslim 783). This journal is built around that idea: no targets to fail, just a quiet daily record of your time with the Qur'an and the remembrance of Allah.
What the columns mean
- Qur'an pages: how many pages you read that day
- Morning and evening adhkar: tick once you have recited them
- Istighfar: seeking Allah's forgiveness, such as Astaghfirullah
- Salawat: sending blessings on the Prophet ﷺ

How to use it
Keep the journal next to your mushaf or prayer mat so it stays in view. Fill in your row after your last reading of the day. If you miss a day, leave the row empty and carry on the next day; there is no need to catch up. At the end of the month, sit with page 2, then print a fresh copy for the new month.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to read a set number of pages each day?
No. Write whatever you read, even one page or a few ayat. The journal is for building consistency, not hitting targets.
What are morning and evening adhkar?
They are the remembrances the Prophet ﷺ taught for the morning and evening, such as Ayat al-Kursi and the last three surahs. Tick the box once you have recited them.
Can I use one journal for more than a month?
Each copy covers one month of up to 31 days. Print a new copy each month and keep the old ones to see your progress.
Is it free?
Yes. Download it in A4 or US Letter and print as many copies as you like.
