- 5Print a new sheet each month
Small and steady
The Prophet ﷺ said that the deeds most loved by Allah are those done regularly, even if they are small (Sahih al-Bukhari 6464). Start with one column and add more as it becomes easy.
How to use it
Keep the tracker on the fridge or by your prayer mat with a pen. Fill it in each evening. If a day is missed, simply carry on the next day.
