My Sunnah Habits: Weekly Chart for Kids
Little things the Prophet ﷺ did every day, with a circle to colour each time.
Updated 25 October 2026
This chart turns nine everyday Sunnahs into a weekly habit tracker: saying Bismillah before eating, eating and drinking with the right hand, drinking sitting down in three sips, saying salam first, smiling, using the miswak, going in with the right foot, sleeping on the right side and saying Alhamdulillah after a sneeze. The hadith source is printed under each one.
Step by step
- 1Write the week at the top
- 2Colour a circle each time you follow a Sunnah
- 3Pick one Sunnah to focus on each week
- 4Tell your family about it
Why the Sunnah?
Following the small habits of the Prophet ﷺ turns ordinary moments into worship and helps children love him.
How to use it
Print a chart each week and keep it on the fridge. Talk about one Sunnah at dinner each day.
