Updated 25 October 2026
Surah al-Kahf is the 18th surah of the Qur'an. It has 110 ayat, was revealed in Makkah, and falls in Juz 15 and 16. It takes its name from the young believers who took shelter in a cave, and it also tells the stories of the owner of the two gardens, Musa and al-Khidr, and Dhul-Qarnayn. Many Muslims recite it every Friday. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever learns by heart the first ten ayat of Surah al-Kahf will be protected from the Dajjal." (Sahih Muslim 809). This sheet gives you the full surah in large Arabic, with each line on its own ruled row so the text is easy to follow and never crowded.

How to use it
Print the sheet on Thursday night so it is ready for Friday. Keep it in a folder or clip it together, and read a few pages at a time through the day if the full surah is too long in one sitting. If you are memorising the first ten ayat, put the first body page somewhere you will see it daily and read it aloud until it feels natural.
