Welcome to Jamia Hafs

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Jamia Hafs website (jamiahafs.com) and all educational services offered through our platform. By accessing the website or enrolling in any course, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

About Our Services

Jamia Hafs is an online Islamic education platform offering live Quran and Islamic studies classes via Zoom. All classes are taught by formally qualified scholars. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Maktab Programme (ages 4–15)
• Basic Tajweed
• Advanced Tajweed with Ijazah and Sanad
• Qira'at Programme
• Hifz — Full Quran Memorisation
• Hifz — Selected Surahs
• Tafheem-ul-Masa'il (Islamic Rulings)

Free Trial Class

Every new student is entitled to one free trial class before enrolling in any course. The trial class carries no obligation or commitment. No payment information is required to book a trial class.

Enrolment and Fees

After the free trial class, students who wish to continue must formally enrol in their chosen course. Course fees are communicated at the time of enrolment. Fees are payable monthly. Jamia Hafs reserves the right to revise fees with reasonable prior notice to enrolled students.

Class Schedule and Attendance

Classes are held live on Zoom, five days per week, with each session lasting 45 minutes. Students are expected to attend classes regularly. If a student is unable to attend a session, they are requested to inform their teacher in advance via WhatsApp. While we make every effort to accommodate missed classes, Jamia Hafs does not guarantee make-up sessions for every missed class.

Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel their enrolment at any time with no cancellation fee. There is no long-term contract or commitment. To cancel, simply inform us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during all classes. Any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment or disrespects the teacher or fellow students may result in a warning or, in repeated cases, removal from the course. Jamia Hafs reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.

Parental Responsibility

For students under the age of 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for the student's enrolment, attendance and conduct. Parents are welcome to observe any class at any time. Progress updates are shared with parents via WhatsApp after every class.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Jamia Hafs website — including text, images, design and course materials — is the property of Jamia Hafs. No content may be copied, reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission. Class recordings, if provided, are for the enrolled student's personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

Privacy

Jamia Hafs respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during enrolment or through the website is used solely for the purpose of delivering our educational services and communicating with students and parents. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party.

Limitation of Liability

Jamia Hafs provides online educational services to the best of its ability. However, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes as these depend on individual student effort, attendance and practice. Jamia Hafs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to These Terms

Jamia Hafs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
